Rebecca and Sean met in the fall of 2018, while they were both in college. They met the day before Thanksgiving, which is a bit ironic considering how “thankful” each would be for the journey ahead they’d share together.

From the moment they met, they knew they had a special connection — one where it felt like they had known each other forever. What started as a casual friendship, easy conversations, and “one more drink” quickly turned into daily texts, long phone calls, weekend adventures, and the comforting feeling that they had found home in each other.

Through long-distance stretches and life’s twists (college graduations, career changes, multiple moves around the country, a dog, and a baby) they kept choosing each other again and again.

On June 13th of 2025 (just 12 days after giving birth to their greatest pride and joy — Ivy Ruth), at sunset of their favorite beach spot in Virginia Beach, Sean got down on one knee and asked Rebecca to spend forever together. She said yes before the question was even finished.

Now they can’t wait to celebrate the beginning of their forever with the people they love most — complete with good music, great food, and plenty of fun.
